All Product Sold by NJoy Productions, Ordered on this Website, Ordered by Mail, or Ordered by Phone are covered by this Refunds and Return Policy. To be able to purchase products from NJoy Productions, a Customer is bound by and must agree to, the Refunds and Return Policy.
Digital Download Products - All Sales Are Final - Are Non-Refundable or Exchangeable, but will be replaced if they are damaged.
Choose wisely. Due to the high level of fraud with downloading music, mp3 downloads and digital products, our digital products are NOT returnable, exchangeable, or refundable.

THERE MAY BE FROM TIME TO TIME, AT NJOY PRODUCTIONS SOLE DISCRETION PHYSICAL PRODUCTS THAT ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. THESE PRODUCTS WILL BE CLEARLY LABELED "SALE IS FINAL-NO 30 DAY GUARANTEE."
If you are not satisfied with your Physical Shipped Product, just return it in good condition within 30 days and NJoy Productions will gladly exchange it or issue a refund, at NJoy Productions Sole Discretion. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. There is a 10 % restocking fee. Official Refunds/Returns Requests will be processed within 14 days of the return of the products.
NJoy Productions will, at its sole discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any physical product within 30 days from the date of purchase. For recurring billing products, returns for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 30 day return period.

Defining Returns and Cancellation:
When a customer reaches us by phone or email, our first response is to assist in getting technical support or customer service for the customer for the physical product that they purchased. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a return or a cancellation may be processed, at NJoy Productions Sole Discretion.
If a customer requests a return, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer, less shipping and 10% restocking fee. If the return is for a recurring billing product, then the return policy allows for the most recent payment to be returned. Multiple payment returns can be provided as long as they are within NJoy Productions's Return Policy. A return on a recurring billing product will also result in a cancellation.
If customers request a cancellation for their recurring billing product, no future re-bills will be charged to their account. Cancellation will not generate a return - it will only stop any future re-bills.
Details of NJoy Productions's Return Policy:
Customers requesting a return after 30 days will be directed to technical support or customer service. Vendors may request a return, on behalf of customers, of any physical purchase up to 30 days after the date of the NJoy Productions customer's purchase.
Returns will only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for return.
When a sale is returned and accepted by NJoy Productions, the customer receives a 100% refund minus the Shipping and Handling and a 10% Restocking Fee.
Our vendors are not permitted to make any guarantee that conflicts with our return policy. If you find a product sold through NJoy Productions with any warranty that conflicts with our return policy, please bring it to our attention so that we can take corrective action.
Reasons Why a Sale May Be Refunded:
NJoy Productions has every incentive to keep customers happy by providing quality products and services. To ensure customer satisfaction, NJoy Productions reserves the right to reverse a sale, including but not limited to the following:
If the customer provides a valid reason for requesting a return within 30 days of purchase;
If our customer service team confirms there is a valid reason for the return;
If the customer provides a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized;
In order to comply with credit card industry rules, ACH industry rules, PayPal terms of service, U.S. law, and requests from verified US judiciary or law enforcement agents; or
For any other reason NJoy Productions deems appropriate.
NJoy Productions's Cancellation Policy:
The customer may cancel a recurring billing subscription products at any time. A cancellation means that no future re-bills are charged to the customer's account. The cancellation of a recurring billing product does not generate a refund.
Abuse of the Return Policy:
Customers requesting serial or repeated returns may be blocked from making further purchases.
